Mermaid Tilda

Hi everyone!

This little sweetie and friend is Magnolia pearl.

I have used my copics again, what else:)
Colours used:
BG09, 11,13
E33, 35, 57
R01,  pastel pink, cocktail pink and antique pink (promarkers)
E00, ivory and blush (promarkers)

The ocean-like background is actually acrylic paint, Lumiere pearl turqouise and sunset gold. If you look closely, you can spot that I also used Magnolia chicken wire as fishing net in the outer edges. I embossed it with Lindy's stamp gang Angel wings gold.

The bubbles around Tilda that I could not fussy cut, I stamped on the background and filled with pearl maker. Originally it was mint green, but I now fear that the colour has changed somewhat during the years, since it looks more blue... I've used it on another card for TRB, HERE. I also put stickles on her tail.

I embellished the card with die cuts MFT leafy flourish, also availiable in the store, as sea weed and I fussy cut some star fishes and shells from another sea set in my stash. The paper flowers are coloured with LSG Fuzzy navel peach.
I also coloured some lace with pearl center from the store with LSG sea grass green, love how the green makes it melt in among burlap and sea weed and just leaves a trail of pearls.

My next stamp to get will be Magnolia oyster with pearl, to make her sit on the edge:) Wouldn't that just be adorable? (I'm sorry for the poor quality of the pics, my computer crashed and I don't have access to any photoediting at the moment - fingers crossed, it will soon be fixed)

Products used from the store:
Magnolia pearl
copic markers
Magnolia chicken wire
lace with pearl center
paper flowers
MFT leafy flourish,
Stamping supplies (ink, paper, scor-tape)

Thank you for visiting!
Hugs Pi
