Challenge #1@TheRubberBuggy

Hi all!

For those of you who have been waiting for The Rubber Buggy's challenges, we are finally off, :)

Our very 1st challenge will be about colours and you can find your inspiration HERE.

You will also find further instructions about the challenge on the challenge blog, but in general everyone are welcome to participate and you can enter more then one project if you'd like as long as it fits within the theme of the current challenge.

I was inspired by the colours of fall and turned to graphic 45, which has gorgeous orange and green tones with a vintage feel to it.
Did you know The Rubber Buggy also stocks Graphic 45 products?
Here I used pieces from Place in time and the background is from Olde curiosity shoppe. The trim and lace are coloured with the colour wash by adirondack sunset orange,

The post card is distressed with spiced marmalade and dried marigold and there is also some stickles in spiced marmalade on the edge. The sentiment "Thank you" is stamped in olive green archival ink and layered on die cuts from MFT's 1st award ribbon die-namics.

8x8 old curiosity shoppe
Magnolia garland chandelier green
Tim Holtz distress ink

Thank you for visiting!
I can't wait to see what you create for the challenge!

This card will be entered for G45 November challenge
